The Huairou Commission has a Consultancy position open for Capacity Building and Systematization of Community Resilience Practices as part of the Project titled “Grassroots Women as Builders of Community Resilience and Peace in Central America” in partnership with COSUDE (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation).
Within Huairou’s Theory of Change and the current Project Framework, the systematization of the experiences of grassroots women constitutes a key element for learning and empowerment. - Shared learning with other organizations for scaling up and adoption of these resilience practices.
- Positioning grassroots women’s groups as experts vis-à-vis governments and other actors.
- Advocate for governmental institutionalization of these practices led by grassroots women.
Consultancy Objective: Strengthen our Central American members’ capacities for management, analysis and systematization of knowledge and experiences through a participatory processes and prepare a roadmap for future systemization action.
