The Huairou movement brings together grassroots women leaders and their allies from all over the world to uncover and synergize collective priorities that lay at the core of bottom-up sustainable development. Over the years, the Huairou advocacy and policy framework has evolved to pursue three campaigns to empower grassroots women and enhance their position as agents of change in their own communities – Land & Housing, Resilience, and Engendering Local Governance.<\/p>\n
