NO ARMS campaign to Eliminate Violence Against Women

The 16 day activism campaign to stop Violence Against Women world-wide. FEMUM Lab City in alliance with IANSA in Perú have been leading the 16 Days Campaign #StopGunViolence #NoGuns #NoGenderViolence campaign focusing in Girls and Boys “NOGUNS:give children tools for life and hope for the future”.

The campaign utilizes flyers, videos, messages, social networks and media in to disseminate messages in Spanish, English and indigenous languages (QUECHUA, AYMARA y SHIPIBO KONIBO) across the grassroots to policy levels to take an action to demand a ceasefire in Cities, streets, schools and at home.

FEMUM and its Urbanthinkers Campus-PERU are mobilizing comunities and leaders with partners as NGO EQUIDAD, CIGO, local authorities, youth networks, journalist, adolescence. Partners will organize a webinar on social violence, armed violence, safety to girls and boys (in Spanish).
