Grassroots Women’s Caucus

The grassroots caucuses will provide space for leaders representing rural, urban and indigenous women’s organizations to: 

• set a vision for what they want to achieve at & beyond the GEF Mexico Forum; 
• meet, associate and find common ground with their peers; 
• get help to decide what to attend and how to represent their group’s priorities; and 
• give feedback on the positives and challenges of contributing and networking at the Forum

Participating leaders of locally rooted organizations can also contribute to a grassroots political declaration that will be circulated at conclusion of the Forum.

Both the pre Forum caucus and the Tuesday session will be hosted through Huairou Commissions zoom link and require pre-registration by sending name of participant and organization to GRWcaucus_Mex@huairou.org
