A Peer Learning Exchange is a learning tool in which grassroots women teach and learn one another’s focus on any topic or common interest. Exchanges help to build strong relationships, partnerships and networks. Peer exchanges are different from traditional trainings because grassroots women are both the learners and the teachers. When a group of peer exchange participants share several strategies for solving problems, it crates a collectively owned pool of practical knowledge that grassroots women can bring home and adapt to their own contexts.
