The Huairou Commission Global Secretariat is hosted by GROOTS International in the Neighborhood Women House, a Living Learning Center owned and operated for the past 25 years by the National Congress of Neighborhood Women. We are located in the neighbourhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City. Our Center functions as a residence for women activists, a guest house for visitors and the global offices of the Huairou Commission and one of its founding Member Networks, GROOTS International.

From Manhattan, take the L Train to Graham Avenue. Walk one block West on Metropolitan Avenue (back towards the city) to Manhattan Avenue. Turn left (south) on Manhattan Avenue and walk 3 blocks. We are on the corner of Powers St. Use the door under the stairs.
